I am pleased to report that Pepe and Scruffy are doing well.
Pepe's wound is healing well. Very lucky. Scruffy is not limping now. Very lucky.

Pepe and Scruffy get sick in the same week
Last week I was busy minding Pepe and Scruffy. They are doing good now. Off to the vet tomorrow again with Pepe. What would we all do without the great vets

Scruffy bites the lock off the stables door
I brought Scruffy and Pixie into the stables as I was waiting on Linda Thompson, from The Donkey Sanctuary, to do a home check. Off I went to the shops to grab

So what's happening...

We survived the mad storm

1 April 2010
Last night was wicked. The worst storm since I moved up here. I had to take extra special care of Blackie and Paddy because they were both so scared with the high winds and huge loud gusts. I still don't know if I will keep Paddy my arse. He is dote I have to say. He is very friendly and comes to me when I call his name. He loves to be petted. Blackie does bully him a bit so I have to see if this settles as I don't want Paddy my arse in any stress. He seems to be doing well though. The Big Lads need their feet done soon and especially Paddy my arse. He really needs a good pedicure as his feet have not been done in a long time. I have paddy my arse nearly a month now and as yet I've not offically added him to my list of rescued pets on my Homepage, nor have I removed Jenny's name as I just can't bear to do this but I must update my list of rescued pets and maybe Paddy's name will be on it. I do really like him and he does trust me.
