I am pleased to report that Pepe and Scruffy are doing well.
Pepe's wound is healing well. Very lucky. Scruffy is not limping now. Very lucky.

Pepe and Scruffy get sick in the same week
Last week I was busy minding Pepe and Scruffy. They are doing good now. Off to the vet tomorrow again with Pepe. What would we all do without the great vets

Scruffy bites the lock off the stables door
I brought Scruffy and Pixie into the stables as I was waiting on Linda Thompson, from The Donkey Sanctuary, to do a home check. Off I went to the shops to grab

Paddy is gelded and Blackie gets a new mate

Poor poor Paddy. Vet Heidi from Ramelton gelded Paddy today.He has to stay in the stables alone tonight with no food. I feel so sorry for him. He is calling for his friends. Blackie was so excited when yesterday a new best friend arrived for him. Blackie missed beautiful gentle Jenny so much and so he needed to have his own best mate again. No horse will ever replace Jenny but I know Jenny will be pleased that a poor mare who needs a good home now stands beside Blackie to keep him company.
